💰 Pricing — Signed SOW

⚠️ The signed SOW contradicts itself on price — reconcile with Corrigo before invoicing

The binding "Pricing" section of the Corrigo SOW body defines a tiered/phased model. A trailing "PRICING SUMMARY" page still shows the old flat $138K June proposal. These are mutually exclusive.

The tiered model sits inside the executed SOW body (with the 3-year term and signature); the flat summary's add-on language ("standard 10 workflows", "$3,000/workflow") contradicts the SOW body ("all workflow automation within a named system is included at no additional charge") — strong sign it's a stale leftover. But Corrigo must confirm in writing.

Tiered Model — Binding SOW Body

Phase 1 — FoundationalUp to 3 initial$7,000$4,000/system150,000
Phase 2 — ProfessionalUp to 3 additional$8,500$4,000/system200,000
Phase 3 — IndustrialUp to 4 additional$10,000$4,000/system250,000
Implementation fee: $12,000 for Phase I (Foundational), invoiced as 2×$6,000 (Effective Date + month 6). Monthly fee steps up to the current tier (not additive) — full 8-system rollout run-rate ≈ $120,000/yr at Industrial. Overages: excess WOs by annual review, "priced in good faith" — no flat no-overage guarantee. Net-new system or swap: $4,000 one-time each.

🔌 In-Scope Systems — 8 Confirmed

🔄 Workflows — Signed Scope (Attachment A)

WorkflowWhat it does
1 · WO → HubSpot TicketAuto-create ticket on WO generation; real-time status updates; sync NTE approvals, completion notes, customer communications
2 · HubSpot → WO (bidirectional)Ticket updates, escalations, customer comments, assignment changes, closure updates back to the WO system
3 · Operational Reporting & ReconciliationNormalized dataset to the Internal Data Warehouse: WO#, status, vendor, customer, PO/invoice/NTE amounts, SLA + completion metrics
4 · CieTrade IntegrationInvoice sync, dispatching, PO sync, billing reconciliation, revenue + financial reporting
Delivery methodology (5 phases): Discovery & Design → Development & Configuration → Testing & Validation → Deployment & Go-Live (with hypercare) → Knowledge Transfer & Closeout. Delivery phases are distinct from the pricing tiers above.

💸

Pricing Discrepancy (top priority)

Tiered SOW-body model vs. flat $138K trailing summary. Must be reconciled with Corrigo/Rachel Jaklik in writing before invoicing begins.

🧾

Implementation vs. Setup Fee Ambiguity

The $12,000 Phase-I implementation fee may or may not be the same as the 3×$4,000 Foundational per-system setup. Clarify whether these stack.

📊

SLA Thresholds

Wasteology Operations must define SLA threshold values before SLA metrics (Workflow 3) can be configured. Establish in Discovery & Design.

☁️

Power BI Azure AD App Registration

Wasteology must provision an Azure AD App Registration with Power BI API access before the reporting integration can be built. Wasteology's prerequisite.

🔢

Phase 1 Priority Order

Which systems roll out first within the Foundational tier — to be agreed with Wasteology before build begins.

🔍

Oracle / Mercado / Capturis / Email Intake

Confirm whether these move to change-order/future expansion or are accepted as out of scope. Relevant to Portal Reconciliation, which has an active Oracle adapter.

📈 ROI at a Glance

Current Cost Baseline
$300K–$560K/year
Estimated administrative labor at 10K+ WOs/month manually at 5–7 min/WO across a 10-person team
Target Post-Automation
$90K–$200K/year
Residual cost after ConnectorHub automation
Estimated Annual Savings
$210K–$360K/year
Positive Year-1 ROI under either pricing model; the pricing reconciliation affects total cost, not the savings case
